The PASS stock control software solutions will suit any size of business.  Its various versions allow instant access to data with respect to the amount of goods in and out, stock movement and stock levels.  The Stock Controller version of the software is a complete monitoring system suitablle for a single pc operation, while the Multi User edition has all the features of the Stock Controller but is enhances for multiple site/multiple user business.

Some of the features of the system are: it allows you to enter orders and gives warning if stock levels are running low, it also allows multiple listings of stock by location to make the whole process of picking more efficient.  When dispatching items a packing list can be created with your company logo on it alongside packing labels ready for dispatch.

It also provides a solution for stock take analysis.  A barcode terminal is used to scan the barcodes and you simply enter in the quality.  Variance reports are produced showing you what should be there and what actually is.  The system enables tracking of individual items such as products with serial numbers or containers such as roll cages both on and off site.

The barcode terminal can either be portable or fixed depending on the application.  Barcode label printing is embedded in the system so that any serial number or item id number can be printed simply by selecting its product code from a drop down list on the screen.
